That I Advise To You ("TIATY", "I", "me") respects your privacy. This page explains what personal information I collect, why, and what I do with it.

What I collect

If you submit a saying: your name, country, the saying itself, and your email address.

If you buy a print or digital download: your name, email, and shipping address (for physical prints), collected and processed by Shopify and its payment provider. Physical prints are fulfilled by Gelato; digital downloads are delivered automatically by Shopify's Digital Downloads app.

Why I collect it

To review submissions, credit you if your saying is published, and contact you about it if needed. To process, fulfil, and ship your order. I don't use your information for anything else, and I don't sell it. It's shared only where needed to complete an order, for example, with Gelato for printing and shipping physical prints.

How it's stored

Submission details are stored in Airtable. Orders and payment are handled by Shopify (and its payment processor) under their own privacy terms. Physical fulfilment is handled by Gelato under their own terms.

Checkout, provided by Shopify, may use cookies necessary for your cart and payment to work correctly. TIATY does not use tracking or advertising cookies of its own.

Your rights

You can ask me to delete your submission or any personal information I hold about you at any time, just email me at tiatyworld@gmail.com.
